Community Groups
Acts 2:42 "And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers."
Vintage 242 was built on a set of Biblical core values. One of these core values is community. A challenge for us as a growing church is how to remain a vibrant preaching, teaching and worshiping gathering on Sunday and a growing community of believers that love and care for each other, that are involved in each others lives and are walking and growing in faith together throughout the week. In order to fulfill this calling and Biblical example we at Vintage 242 have established and strongly encourage committed participation in one of many community groups that are located at different places around Abbotsford. Community groups present the opportunity for close fellowship, accountability, and to show the love of Christ to one another as we are commanded to do by Jesus Himself in John 13:33-35.
Community groups meet throughout the week at various times and locations. If you would like to join a community group or have any further questions please contact communitygroups@vintage242church.com.
